I cannot thank Alice enough. She is very considerate and showed us great kindness and limitless support during our hardest time. We are grateful.

These vets are amazing and really love what they do. My dog cut his front leg, severing 1 tendon and severely damaging another. We thought he may lose the leg. I got him here, they bandaged him up, and kept him until the specialist surgeon could get in. He had surgery a couple hours later, and now 3 months on, he's finally back to his old self. During his recovery, we had regular check-ups to ensure everything was healing as it should. Big thanks to Audrey, Susanna, the surgeon and all the staff for looking after my dog so well.

I have used Companion Care for years now and have always received excellent service. The receptionists are helpful and friendly and the veterinary team are professional, compassionate and brilliant with animals. This morning my cat ate one of my supplements which included minerals that are toxic. I rushed her in with no appointment and was seen straight away, without any hesitation. Luckily the dose was too low for her to need further treatment. I feel very lucky to have Companion Care on my doorstep. Thank you so much to everyone there. Much love, from the Leavers (especially Satsuki who is now chilling out in her favourite spot).

After more than five years as loyal clients at Companion Care Vets Crayford, a recent experience forced us to leave, and we feel compelled to warn others. Their handling of customer service issues is not just disappointing; it's downright unacceptable. Our issue began when I called to follow up on our dog’s export certificate for travel. The receptionist, instead of offering any assistance, was outright rude and dismissive, hanging up on me multiple times. Frustrated and shocked by her lack of professionalism, I decided to go in person that same day. When I tried to address her unacceptable behavior, she escalated the situation by shouting at me—behavior I captured on video. Astonishingly, no one from the Companion Care team intervened to de-escalate the situation or offer assistance. With no manager available, I emailed a complaint. Two months later, I received a poorly written letter with spelling errors and a generic apology that was clearly not thought through. It didn't address the real issue, as this receptionist is still there, continuing to represent the clinic with this terrible attitude. It felt like my concerns were dismissed without any genuine attempt to resolve the issue. For added caution, I have included a photo of the receptionist attached to this review, so others can be aware. Anyone considering signing up at Companion Care Vets Crayford should proceed with caution. They’ve lost our trust, and we are now happily with a new clinic where we’re treated with the respect every client deserves.

Robert ( the head vet) is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to deal with our dog who can be tricky to examine. Robert always explains everything so that we understand the condition and treatment plan ( if any).

The ease of booking the appointment and getting my pets records emailed to them. The vet was absolutely caring and professional. I felt my cat was in very competent hands making me feel very satisfied.

Our puppy had been stung by wasps. We explained to receptionists and hardly had time to sit down before the Vet took us into the consulting room. She explained everything she was doing and why. The puppy was given anti venom injections and medication. brilliant service, staff quickly reacted to the problem and fixed it. Could not have wished for better service. The way the Vet handled the situation, and calmed us by explaining all that was happening was just superb.

I got an appointment quickly which was excellent and the wait time was quick. The vet was professional and courteous and understood the issue and addressed it. The waiting area and surgery were clean and comfortable so I am happy to recommend Crayford Companion Care Dartford for any pet needs or issues. Zuzana Piliarikova was a really good veterinarian who was professional and showed a friendly and caring personality that helped put me at ease. I have seen her twice this week, for my cat and to put my dog to sleep (sadly) and on both occasions, she was kind, empathetic and professional. Thank you

I don’t typically write reviews but I was left very disappointed after my dog’s last appointment at this vet surgery. Firstly, let me say, my dog is a rescue - we’ve only had him for a month and I reiterated this to the vets before bringing him in; when I took my dog in to see the vet, there was no level of compassion or understanding that he may be nervous about meeting a new person - I explained that he had an issue with his tail and kept on biting it, the vet discovered a scab .. and without even properly explaining the scab and the extent of it, the vet proceeded to tell me that it was an old injury and would heal by itself and if it didn’t heal we’d have to chop his tail off up until that point. My immediate thought was ‘no’ and the vet then continued to speak about the fact that he was a rescue and he wasn’t a pure breed … of course, that’s not the purpose of rescuing a dog … I wasn’t happy with this appointment, so looked for a vet closer to home and after taking him there (to which I would like to explain that they let him take his time, sniff, got down to his level and pet him), they discovered that the scab had flea larvae on/in it and that it would need to be cleaned regularly - they also prescribed a pain medication as he’s clearly still in pain whenever you touch his tail. Had I not got a second opinion, quite frankly, I think my dog would have chewed his own tail off. Not sure what you’re paying the consultation fee for, if they can’t even spend more than five minutes to properly diagnose your dog.
