   Excellent service from staff and vet at Vets for Pets Sevenoaks. They looked after one of our retired Greyhounds extremely well, very caring, and vet very knowledgeable about the breed, will be recommending to our homers.

   I’m very happy with this vet. I drive there even though it takes me an hour by car, because it’s really worth it. The ladies at the reception are also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a truly good vet.

1. Set Fire To The Rein ★☆☆☆☆

   Often running atleast 20 mins late with appointments but the reception don’t tell you that just like they don’t acknowledge you or smile when you arrive. I have two young children and no child care so often have to bring them and they get silly and bored for endless amount of time in a waiting room without even a poster on the wall to entertain them. Today after 20 mins I told the kids it’s time to leave as we can’t wait any longer and as we started to leave one receptionist called over “my colleague can’t even hear the phone!” They’ve since rang and apologised (not before attempting to gaslight me first) I will find a new vet practice now after leaving in tears with two dogs and two small children. The receptionist need a lot more training before they should be front of house.

   We moved away from Sevenoaks but we keep coming back to Sylvester and his team, because we're just so happy with their way of looking after our dogs. Our new rescue dog was in a very poor condition but in a year and after several surgeries these lovely people helped us nurse him back to health. I will always be thankful for their expertise and care. Both our dogs are now healthy and happy and i will always praise this practice for their amazing work.

   Convenient for the location and availability. A bit expensive and vets always in a rush. Is like they only have 10 mins appointment, and they need to squeeze all the info/treatment in that time frame. There is not a trust bond built between vets and customers, because the time. Every time I go there, I feel like if I am at Lidl check out till….rush rush rush. Not very nice experience.

   i have been to vets4pets 2 times now and each time i have been welcomed in and made to feel very comfortable, the receptionist is so kind and lovely along with all of the vets to, i was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still managed to see me straight away, the prices are excellent (totally recommend the health care plan to anyone - £10 a month) - it covers flee & worming tablets each month, check ups, injections, discounts, ive only had to pay a additional charge of £10 for my cats microchip! but totally recommended this vets - my 3 dogs are also getting moved from medi vets to vets4pets in sevenoaks as all the staff care for animals and respect all customers!

   Have been taking both our cat and dog here for many years. Including an overnight stay for our dog after he had a bad infected cyst on his face. All times service has been fast, efficient, and helpful. The Vac for life scheme is also an absolute must have for your pets and over a life time is a huge money saver. They work really well with insurance companies too.
