We have been working with 365 Pharmacy since 2023, we are a domiciliary care agency and it has completely changed and improved the way we work with pharmacy's. 365 Pharmacy are always on hand to help and guide us when we have any quires. 365 Pharmacy now manage majority of our service users monthly medication with ease and no problems. I would recommend 365 Pharmacy to family and friends and health care professionals without hesitation.
The service at 365 is impeccable! They deliver my mums prescriptions on time despite being in Solihull, very fast and speedy service. The team are always on hand to help with any queries and have always been super responsive and attentive.
I have just my first delivery and 1 item was missing due to the supplier, however, this was quickly sorted out and the missing item delivered with a message that they will stock up so this won't happen again. Very convenient as I had a 2 mile drive to collect and wait in a queue with the previous pharmacy.
Amazing service, very polite and helpful staff. Needed an emergency supply for my grandmothers diabetes medication as we were visiting out of town and was panicking, the staff were very friendly and comforting and was an overall pleasant experience

365 pharmacy - it really does live up to it’s name... Me and my mom are very last minute and can sometimes be very unorganised. So grateful that we now have 365 pharmacist on our doorstep and they are always open and happy to accommodate to me and my mum. I was really impressed with the level of professionalism and quick service provided by 365 Pharmacy! They delivered straight to our door, the same day we ordered our medication. It's definitely more appreciated during the current climate in the Country. As most people are struggling to get an appointment with the doctor right now it was nice to speak to Poonam, who gave me that peace of mind with her extensive knowledge. Professional, friendly and it definitely helps speaking Punjabi for family members who require assistance. Thank you!
