   Thankyou to the amazing team at acorn pharmacy for helping me. My GP has removed me as a patient, 111 couldn’t help me and I stopped at Asda pharmacy to be told it had gone too far and I should go to A & E. Instead I visited a smaller local pharmacy. The Pharmacist Mirela was so knowledgeable and helped me get treatment without having to go to A&E for a sore throat. Special thanks to team member Kelly for making me feel so comfortable to speak to her as I often struggle with new people and places

   Booked in for my spring Covid vaccine via the NHS booking site, to turn up and be told they have none. From speaking to the vaccine advice line 119, it is your responsibility (Acorn Pharmacy) to make the cancellation as you have the relative details to contact people who have booked. I came out of work for this, absolute clowns.

   I came here for both of my covid vaccines and was very nervous considering my huge needle phobia. On both occasions the staff were so wonderful, looking after me and keeping me calm. I didn’t feel rushed, they asked me what would help me feel better and made me feel very safe. Thanks so much to Lindsey, Sarah, Alice and Seher! #wonderwomen!
