Having advertised, that they were open until 18.00 pm, I arrived at 17.50pm, and they were closed. I could not get, my emergency prescription processed, and had to go without it.
Constant issues with getting my daughter's prescription milk, they either can't get it or when they can they say be in tomorrow then when you go to collect it they don't have it. Then when I went in for my own prescription they said it won't be ready for 3 and a half hours so I said ok I will collect it tomorrow. Following day went to collect they said they can't find my prescription. After a discussion they then "found it" but still wasn't done.
Just went to pick up a prescription sent from Thursday, they told me they didn't receive it. Same for the customer in front and after me, they didn't have them in their system. The young men from there didn't bother to much.
Staff have been nothing but helpful! My elderly Nan requires a lot of medication and they're always happy to help. One occasion the manager delivered my Nans medication herself on the way home to make sure she got it.
