   I have been receiving my medication in blister packs for some time now and I am not very satisfied with the quality. The seal that is supposed to keep the tablets in the correct days are forever coming unstuck. The last delivery a week ago the blister pack had come unsealed and a lot of the tablets were either loose in the carry bag or had been lost completely. As they do not complete the written records I do not know which tablets are which. Very disappointed in the quality in a bid to save money.

   The worst experience i ever had. So ignorant and not carrying. I went to ask for some cream to treat my daughters feet ( little red mark from the bite). Pharmacist was talking to me from 3-4 meters away and not even bothered to come close and egzamin it even after I asked 3 times. !!!! He was cary on packing prescriptions and talking to me from far away, i had to find cream my self. After I went to the boots in Warwickshire shopping centre Pharmacy. Pharmacist egzamin the feet in the consultation room and prescribed the right cream. Never coming back to this Pharmacy. Never. They only can do prescription, nothing else as have 0 tolerance and knowledge and extremely bad manners. I wish manager would look on the cameras and have a word about it this the staff, how they have to treat clients

   This chemist gives outstanding care, support and help to my elderly mother. Her tablets are delivered efficiently and regularly to her house in blister strips every month, the staff are kind and extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A hospital consultant today prescibed some tablets for my mum. Within a couple of hours it had gone through the GP, the chemist, and the tablets were in her hands having been delivered immediately by Medicare Chase Ave. Outstanding service. Five stars and huge thanks for all you do.

   The attitude this pharmacy with the patients is like I disturbed them . They never checked the address and asked for security reasons , like all other pharmacy will do . Not even thank you or good by. The antibiotic for a child given to me has a lid that falls when I try to mix it . Where is the protection for children? Is this a real antibiotic or should I take a different one ,from a different pharmacy ? No advice about what they gave me, how to take it . Nothing . I will never come to this pharmacy again .

   I rarely leave reviews but decided to as soon as my prescription got delivered just hours after having a chat with a member of the staff. I did not catch her name but the lady that tried helping me with sorting out the new process was really wonderful and lovely and understanding that I work night shifts so I can only thank her for going the extra mile and fixing everything in my stead! I honestly regret not nominating this pharmacy any sooner. Although I was super tired and we were both confused as to what I was trying to explain what was happening she did not give up on me and went thru the trouble to sit me down and take all my details correctly and I appreciate it so much. My medication is now sorted for the holidays thanks to her xx Hope every staff person at Medi-care has a lovely Christmas and a great start in the new year! See you soon, regards xx

   Been my pharmacy for many years. Although not my nearest they not only blister pack my medication they have delivered it when I have been stuck. All the staff are friendly and considerate. Only a phone call away if I need help or advice
