   I bought some travel sickness tablets over the counter because they didn’t have any in the store, I went back not even an hour later to return it, unopened, untouched because I already had some and the lady was so rude. She indirectly tried to call me dumb for not knowing the store policies, I’m sorry but your the one working there, it’s your job to tell your customers that certain things are not refundable when they come to buy an item. She told me it’s not her responsibility, then whose is it? if you can’t provide customer satisfaction then you shouldn’t be working in such a challenging place. Just because you know the store policies doesn’t mean customers know it aswell, we don’t work there. Very rude lady and manager. The manager also tried to tell me it’s common sense to know these things but I don’t regularly buy these items so that was a very rude comment to make. When I was leaving, I could hear them gossiping about me. I’m not usually a Karen but I’ve never received bad service like this from Asda.

   Use for PURCHASES OVER THE COUNTER/ HELP & ADVICE/ COLLECTION OF REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS: Small pharmacy but helpful and efficient. Prices are reasonable as they also stock own brand (Asda) products, alongside main brands.
