   Cannot praise this little pharmacy enough. I had a clear UTI used the pharmacy first option and attended the store. Well excellent i was back at work in the hospital round the corner in less than 30 mins. Superb.

   I went to buy a spray for allergy. After lady asked pointless questions about who would use it, she went to ask lady who actually knows something. That lady told my lady that they don't have it, but also that I need receipt for the spray, otherwise I can't buy it. After that experience, I went to my pharmacy and bought exactly the same spray without any problems. It's not the first time they lied to me, that's why I decided to give them my review.

   Absolute joke, went there yesterday to be told my prescription isn’t valid because there isn’t a date on it, went there today and the guy (obviously agency) shook his head and threw my prescription back at me telling me that it wasn’t it stock, why the woman didn’t tell me that yesterday is beyond me. This isn’t the first time that they have messed up, my daughter is on beta blockers for her heart and we put a prescription in and left it in there for 2 weeks as it needs to be ordered in, when my wife went in to collect it she had the prescription thrown at her and told to go elsewhere as they didn’t order it in. Both times we have had to go to Asda pharmacy which have always had everything in stock, don’t bother with Tesco pharmacy, poorly run and rude staff (when they bother turning up)

   I turned up for my flu jab five minutes early as I was asked to in my reminder email sent to me. I was told the pharmacist wasn't there, he arrived and carried on working behind the counter sending an assistant out to ask me questions eventually he came to me and said I wasn't eligible for my flu jab I have a message from my doctor every year asking me to book my flu jab I told him this and he said fair enough and gave me my jab,no how are you feeling or any compassion at all,just a hard jab in the arm and then nothing else said,I asked if I was done and he said yes this pharmacist has always been extremely rude and I would reccomend he goes on a customer service and manners course ,I feel very annoyed with the attitude of him and I definitely won't be going to him again, he should be ashamed

   I collect my repeat prescription from this pharmacy at Tesco Clifford Bridge Road it’s convenient because I shop for groceries here too . I get a text message letting me know my prescription is ready for collection it’s a great idea , saves wasting time for the staff & myself if it’s not ready yet . Customer service is always excellent , I recommend this pharmacy to all . They also dispense Blister packs for Customers who need them . Wheelchair access , disabled parking , & there is free parking for all customers .Very Convenient .
