   I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy when trying to collect my dad’s prescription. Helen, who was serving at the tills, was incredibly rude and dismissive, insisting they never received the digital prescription. However, when I checked my NHS app, it showed as approved four days ago. I tried to explain the urgency, as my dad had none left for the night, but instead of helping, she told me to "calm down" and said we needed to pick it up from the GP. After going to the GP, we found out that the pharmacy didn’t even have one of his medications in stock and wouldn’t be able to give it to him. The lack of communication and poor customer service resulted in my dad missing his medication that night, which is unacceptable. Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone who relies on timely prescriptions and proper communication.

   I went to this Pharmacy for the first time today as this was the only Pharmacy that had my son's inhaler in stock. The customer service was amazing!! Really friendly, the lady interacted with my kids and learnt their names. Such lovely people! Really made my day.
