Popped in today to pick up my prescription - not my usual pharmacy - staff were very helpful and I was very pleased with the service - Highly Recommended
This isn’t actually my chemist and I’ve never been here. But I needed emergency medication for my baby due to his medication bottle being dropped and smashed. I phoned numerous pharmacies in Coventry who didn’t have his medication in stock and I was getting frustrated and desperate and close to going to a&e! I called hipswell highway pharmacy who didn’t stock the medication but the kind gentleman on the phone offered to check his computer for stock in other stores across Coventry. No other pharmacy offered to do this or help me! He advised me of a pharmacy in tile hill who claimed they had stock- which they did. Thank you for saving me a lot of time and stress and helping me and my son.
The staff here are extremely helpful. I recently needed a prescription for my toddler and the medication was difficult to get hold of. The pharmacist rang me from home on his day off, and then also contacted my GP to update the prescription to another form of medication that was readily available. Went above and beyond. Really friendly too.
The team have always been very friendly, efficient & helpful. Sharon always goes above & beyond. I would like to thank the Pharmacist for his outstanding customer care, especially today. He took time out of his busy schedule, without a prior appointment, to give me a consultation, a diagnosis and a prescription. 10 out of 10 thank you!
