   I was using this pharmacy near me so I could collect my medication, unfortunately the NHS app removed Lloyd's pharmacy near me from the app when I needed to reorder my prescription medication. It was ok until this happened, now the NHS app won't let me use the Lloyd's pharmacy for collecting my meds.

   I receive my prescription to this pharmacy. Every time I give them over a week to prepare my medication to be ready for collection. When I go to collect my medicines, it's never ready. They keep saying that their system is down " I mean commeon " every time?!

   This is my third day coming to collect the medicines for my 2 months old daughter, but the pharmacy is closed, with the sticker says we are opening certain hours because of the staff shortage. My daughter is suffering, but they closed their door, making excuses for the customer. If you are not able to serve the client then why accepting the prescription.

   I would rate this a zero as the service is appalling. Customers can be left for an hour waiting for a prescription. You are just told continously that it won't be long. No explanation, just told to wait. What are the staff doing? The shelves are always a mess, stock needs replenished. Is this place closing down? This is the last time I use this chemist. My son had ASD and was told he had an attitude problem as he was having difficulty waiting when there was no explanation. If staff spent more time doing the job they were paid to do and not laughing and chatting then there wouldn't be irate customers.
