   Rubina is outstanding. I have very difficult veins and even experienced professionals struggle to take my blood, but she manages it gently and almost always on the first attempt. Because of her skill and kindness, I always choose Walsgrave Pharmacy for my blood tests. The rest of the staff are lovely too, and every visit has been a positive experience.
