   Very unprofessional. Spoke to Liz regarding my mums dossette prescription which went to this pharmacy in error. She promised to get it delivered which never happened on time. Which caused my mum distress due to her dementia. Then after spoken to Liz several times over the phone she asked me to leave her a goole review with her name for sorting out my mums medication. No positive review to leave as the whole time my mum was left with no medication. Avoid this chemist.

   I feel so bad for the woman thats always smiling and tries her best to be kind and genuine that works with the man and other woman that have never smiled in the 2 years I’ve been to that pharmacy. Such a shame because she’s always so lovely and yet the other two have never spoken to me with an inch of respect or grace. The man’s the worst for it. He talks to you like you’re the worst part of his day. He talks to you like you don’t deserve to be given medication haha it’s actually appalling. I’ve called him out on his rude behaviour and he doesn’t care. He should probably get a new job if that’s how he is everyday. Would love to see him crack a smile at some point I’m sure he could be more welcoming but he just has no social skills or empathy for customers. I hope at some point I’ll see an improvement from Kara’s pharmacy. I have been contemplating changing pharmacy because the only one women out of the three employees that work there that tries her hardest to be gentle doesn’t out weigh the other two employees that have never tried to be courteous in my entire experience of Kara’s Pharmacy.

   Great little chemist. Always very helpful, if they haven't got something, they'll do all they can to get it for you. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and are an important part of the community.

   Nothing against the pharmacist here, however the lady behind the counter is extremely rude and obnoxious!. I now recieve my medication elsewhere.
