   This chemist is never open. My mother in law is desperate for her medication as she's had a stroke & can't get any as this is always closed. On line it always says its open but when we go down the shudders are down. Tried calling endless of times & no one picks up!!!!

   Stopped by for my grandparents medication and I was surprised by the exceptional service. I know that pharmacies in general are under great pressures with services but the nice pharmacist spent time asking how my grandparents were and gave me followup advice. All in all only took about 1 minute - so if you need a prescription quickly done, this is your pharmacy to go to. Rather not go to the big companies where you get different pharmacists everyday with no social skills

   Had an emergency prescription on Saturday, out of hours GP service issued it to Heath Pharmacy given it closes at 1PM. So I got there at 12:15 needing to collect my Prescription, only to find the pharmacy was closed. Why advertise as being open until 1PM on Saturday when you're clearly not going to be. I have now had to chase around through the 111 service to try and get my prescription reissued to another pharmacy.
