I had an app booked 20th october sent to me at 12:15 that day. The app was at 4:30pm - NO one turned up for the app. I sent an email - I rung and no one replied - I used the on line form and no one has still not replied. At 9:15am on the 21st October I received a cancellation with no explanation as to why no one turned up. I videoed the fact they didnt turn up and I recorded the call I had this AM. The chap who was not from UK and said he was in Coventry proceeded to tell me they had internet outage so that meant no phones worked no email worked they could not update the website to say they had an outage. I have had NO appology and I insisted my Dr or the NHS not be charged for the No Show. I wont be using this service again.
