AVOID unless you want to wait 15 mins just to collect a repeat prescription because the cashier cant locate it, happened to 3 customers. NO APOLOGY and she expected us to shout out our personal details i.e. DOB, Name and address in public which is in breach of GDPR. I suggest you train your staff on client confidentiality and basic courtesy.
Went here to collect a prescription on Friday 21st March 2025 around 5:30pm. I was served by Naeemah who, while I was waiting for my prescription, decided to ask me if I was pregnant. I said no to which she responded "oh you look pregnant". I have fertility issues due to my medical condition and can't actually get pregnant, on top of that I also struggle with my weight so her comments upset me to the point I cried. I found her to be extremely rude and disrespectful. Will not be going in anytime she is there and may even switch pharmacies because of how hurt I am with her comments.
Excellent customer service from the pharmacist Albert . His caring attitude, whilst under pressure from a very busy and demanding shop is a credit to Crest. Despite the demands on him, he gave his time and attention to each and every customer, satisfying their needs. Brilliant guy

For someone who is extremely scared of needles, Polly is a big relief. She is reassuring and my blood test was done in seconds. Also not to mention, no post needle prick pain or heaviness which I generally experience after giving a sample. Highly recommended.
Polly was amazing, I was having my first blood test and was very nervous and crying and she calmed me down and did everything very fast, good experience and I wouldn’t be nervous for another blood test.
Polly is the nurse that carries out the blood tests at this pharmacy, and very good at it, she is. First time of attending this chemists and it won't be the last. Polite,friendly and very efficient at her job. Goodbye to my old chemists! I will be using Humber Pharmacy from now on. Thank you.

Had my bloods taken, the lady was very professional throughout and had lots of knowledge, felt very at ease and comfortable. The office was clean and tidy, all pharmacy staff friendly too.
