Excellent service, very kind and helpfull staff. They always give me an advice and try their best to help me. Very satisfied with them.
We came here the 3rd time to pick up a prescription (cream) 1st time we were told come back after 12pm when we did they apologised (2nd time) and said try tomorrow. 3rd time a day later we got what we ordered, they said we were out of stock. No parking available here, time and fuel wasted for these 3 visits. Its not organised as you can tell the state of the shop inside >very small and ceiling missing or cracks.. its like they are not bothered about the state of the premises inside just like they treat customers and patients. I also pointed out they have the incorrect telephone number online and the main guy in charge just shrugged his shoulders (like I dont care). You cant even ring this place to check if your prescription is ready from the day before.. Probably the worst pharmacy ive been to.. didnt feel welcoming to me at all.. no greeting or hello they look at you like (oh we got a customer have to serve them) Previous staff and pharmacy company was much better in terms of customer service.
and my husband have been so professionally treated with our prescription. We are always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Our medication has always been excellent and very swift and we have used other chemists before but we have never been so comfortable and cared about as we are here now. Thank you for your help and support. You’re doing an amazing job!!.

Once they changed hands, they went from being the best to being the worst, missing medication, boots.just up the road is so much better even get medication reminders from boots, don't waste your time with these, rude you won't get all of your medication, then refuse you what they owe..... Scammers

It's more expensive than other pharmacy. Staff can be but I was waiting 5 minutes until I get attention from staff. Not very good manners.
