   Very rude service, I approached the counter and no one was around except a couple of customers, I politely asked them if they were being served and a female Asian pharmacist popped out to confrontationally tell me yes we are serving you'll have to wait a minute, which was fine, then I was cross questioned about the simple over the counter item I wanted then said pharmacist instructed the server not to sell it to me, ridiculous.

   The female Asian pharmacist was extremely rude and wouldn’t dispense an over the counter cream that we have purchased from there multiple times. She was abrupt and disrespectful and walked away from me mid conversation and told me to go somewhere else and she wasn’t going to serve me. This is appalling service, especially since they are saying to use a pharmacy first to relieve strain on gp’s and walk in centres for over the counter medicines!

   Slowest service ever and then they keep asking you to come back in 15 minutes. Why not let us wait. Is this a ploy to get customers to purchase from the store? The Asian female pharmacist wasn't polite at all.

   Absolutely rubbish service and a really disgraceful person who answers the pharmacy phone. Does not know how to speak politely and very rude. Charged me for item and said it’s out of stock and the prescription is cancelled But refused to guide how my charges may be reversed. Do not use.

   I can't believe that good people still exist and angels transform into human beings, today manager at the pharmacy has shown that it's never too much to ask of them if you need anything and has done possibly everything in his power to get the medication we needed an absolute star, would give him 10* if I could! :) well done and much appreciated :) thank you so much for all the help and advice.
