Complete turnaround in service and professionalism. I understand chemycare were using agency pharmacists and it was difficult to control. I even gave the staff a tub of chocolates to recognize their help.
For the third consecutive month, my mum's medication has not been delivered meaning she's run out of tablets. They are meant to be delivered automatically. Each time I phone there is no accountability or urgency from this pharmacy. She has Alzheimer's and can't remember, we're relying on their help with this situation and they are continually letting us down with comments such as 'next month will probably be on time' that's probably, not definitely!!!

My wife and I rely on the HOME DELIVERY SERVICE for many deliveries. The Service is EXCELLENT and MOST PROMPT. Brian the driver is a tonic too as he always has a chirpy word to cheer us up.
Since moving to the area and registering with the surgery this chemycare branch works with, I have ordered my prescriptions from them. The reason I am giving 1 star is because of a particular member of staff working at this pharmacy. She is very rude, judgemental and is happy to voice her insincere views of you, not caring about the impact on your mental health. I am disgusted by this behaviour and will be changing pharmacies.
