On 19th January I booked online ( Lloyds Pharmacy website) an appointment for a Blood Pressure check on 6th March at this Lloyds Pharmacy in Lillington. On 5th March I received an appointment reminder from Lloyds Pharmacy. On arrival on the 6th March I was told that they no longer do Blood Pressure checks and hadn’t done so for a while. I explained I had been sent a reminder the day before! When I got home, I looked again at the Lloyds Pharmacy website which showed slots available for a blood pressure check at Lillington in the afternoon of 6th March and for the rest of the week. My summary is Total Confusion. Rather than helping with Blood Pressure, Lloyds Pharmacy has given me blood pressure. Avoid.

After using this pharmacy for over two years to collect my sons critical medicines the service in the last 6 months has gone drastically downhill. We've had error after error along with mistakes that have cause untold delays. Staff seem incompetent and unwilling to help and the main pharmacist is rude and obnoxious when dealing with issues and complaints - to the point where she told us we should look for another pharmacy. Lloyds being a national chain should invest in customer service training especially when it comes to being apologetic and rectifying mistakes. We are moving pharmacy as we speak. Avoid at all costs!

The staff are so rude in here. No compassion when most people who are in a pharmacy are feeling under the weather. Try to avoid. The other Lloyd's pharmacy in town is brilliant. Lillington pharmacy is much better!

The service of the staff and dispensing staff is appalling. They do not read prescriptions correctly or at all in my case and give out incorrect information causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience which armed with two young children is really not ideal. On top of that they all speak over each other so there's never a clear message between them. Created a very unnecessary and stressful situation for me on top of a worrying time already all because they did not read a prescription - to the team at crown way, a little bit of accountability can go along way.

Absolutely appalling service and attitude of the staff is just awful! Sent my partner to pick up my son's prescription for them to say it's been returned to the doctor as it wasn't collected and it's been there since Monday.. untrue as we had only called them that morning which was Thursday(17-11-22 and the prescription had been sent. It made it worse as when my partner stated that it couldn't of been since Monday the girl behind the counter was really rude and laughed then walked off. Very unprofessional service will not be going back to this chemist.

Ordered repeat prescription via NHS app on 9th June, husband went to collect for me a week later and was told they had no prescription for me! Spoke to Dr today as needed something that is not on repeat and asked again for the repeat prescription also. Doctor sent prescription to chemist and husband went in again to collect today and they have him the item I ordered on 9th June. The label printed stated 9th June, yet they claim they didn't have it last week?! They failed to give him the new prescription that doctor sent through today! I have just called them and been given a half hearted story that the prescription had not been checked as only sent to them today! I moaned and said there is no wonder they have such bad reviews as their service is diabolical! The young girl with the customer service of a gnat tried to make excuses for their negligence and then put the phone down without so much as a sorry or goodbye!!

Went in due to issues with pregnancy to ask advice from the chemist as to what medication I could and couldn’t take. They basically told me to go away and that I couldn’t have anything which I know not to be the case. They just couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. They were rude and dismissive and showed zero compassion for a heavily pregnant women really struggling to cope. I will never go in there again despite living 30 seconds away.

Experience was by my partner Jessie; Doctor put through prescription to crown way - with instructions to say don't put it on Pharmacy 4U (because there's a delay of delivery, she needed the medication asap) - Doctor Allsopp. Arriving at Crown Way - pharmacy had ignored instructions from doctor and automatically applied prescription to Pharmacy 4U. They then refused to ring the doctor to clarify the change instruction. We left and then rang the doctor ourselves 30 minutes later. The medical receptionist from the doctor's surgery then phoned the pharmacy. Pharmacy said that it had been sent to Pharmacy 4U, at which point the receptionist reminded them of the original instruction that they ignored to send it to Crown Way. Pharmacy advised receptionist that the problem was now solved and that the prescription was there and ready to pick up. Upon arriving at Crown Way for the second time, they said the prescription couldn't possibly be made up because the request came through too late in the day and they didn't have it. They then refused to check the other pharmacies in the area for availability (at this point, it started to feel personal) so we had to ring around ourselves. It felt like they went out of their way to make everything hard for her, when Doctor Allsopp advised us initially that all they needed to do was click a button to re-route the prescription. It felt odd, but I got the unmistakable feeling that they were enjoying inconveniencing my partner. We have now moved her prescription services to Lillington Pharmacy.

I went a few times, on my last visit i picked up a prescription for my daughter and left very upset after being spoke to like dirt by the patronising woman behind to the counter. Something i knew at the time to be implicit bias, yet i left upset and said nothing. I just changed pharmacy immediately. I am guilty through silence but will not be anymore. I will be ringing the pharmacy to make a complaint and hopefully have all their staff trained to be helpful and respectful to everyone.
