Too much slow and terrible service. You have to wait more than 1 hour even there is no customer, they will walk around but never touch your prescription. Royal job for them.
The staff either do not know what they are doing or just outright refuse to help, queues out the door, 50% of the people got their prescription the others got told it's not available. Do not go to the overweight asian women she has zero customer skills or knowledge. I will be reporting this branch it needs new competent mangement including a decent queeing system.
Booked myself in for a flu vaccine and days later booked my Mum in for a flu vaccine but couldn't get a similar time. I went to get mine and was telling the lovely lady that I would be back later in the day as my Mum had an appointment and she said not to wait till the time just bring her down which I did and was seen within minutes. Very helpful staff and great service.
The service it's terrible. Staff are not polite. I went to the pharmacy for medication collection for my daughter. staff were saying the doctors hasn't sent anything everytime I go there. What do you want to keep someone's prescription?
Left my prescription as they were taking them in for next day collection. They called me that no longer does this medications and I should collect my preacription. I came next day to collect, explained that I cannot wait that long queue as I am on the break time and there is no way to collect later. They cold not just hand in the paper.being rude while talking. Staff usually is in low knowledge in medicines and recommending the wrongnones that are non prescription meds.
If you can find a different Pharmacist I would strongly recommend to save yourself some time and peace of mind not to go to this pharmacist. All they do is stand in the back and chat to each other whilst people are waiting 1-2 hours for the medicine. I refuse to be told to wait that long for a simple prescription which I'm paying for myself, it’s not like I get it for free. I can travel to London and back and my medication still won't be ready and this country calls itself a 1st world country.
The only thing going for them is the location. I would bet money no one would choosing go to this branch had it not been where it is. A few months ago I was waiting for my prescription to get ready when a couple of other patients walked in asking for the same thing. They were led to believe they were going to get the prescription at no cost and when they did not understand why they are being asked for the regular charge the pharmacist just kept repeating herself in the same manner raising her voice gradually. When the couple left obviously upset by the way they were treated I approached and calmly explained how it works and that this is what everyone is paying unless exempt and they kept thanking me again and again for treating them normally as they should have been treated in the first place. Half an hour later, I was happy to have received my prescription and left. Lo and behold today I myself was subject to the condescending attitude of another member of their staff. The lady before me was limping and clearly in pain but was advised that the waiting time is currently AN HOUR so she left to go to another pharmacy... My turn came and I approached to ask said lady a simple question, she quickly assumed what I wanted without paying any attention to what I was telling her and when I tried to stop her and clarify so I don't waste her so valuable time as I could see the amount of people waiting, instead of answering and explaining like the customer service professional she is meant to be, she barked out a condescending rhetorical question. Needless to say I let her know she was being unprofessional and left. I would avoid going back there at all costs. Also backing up other comments about this branch not being open as advertised or answering the phone.
