   I do get my medication delivered home random as I don't know when it arrives, people that delivers it they sometimes leave it on the floor or any random neighbours. I have called the pharmacy to request them not to give to certain neighbours. Service is not the best as I understand they have not been open long could make some approvement making sure they give the correct medication.

   I have recently got my Dr's surgery ( Holbrooks Health centre ) to send my medication to Wills Pharmacy and so far they have been great , first time in years I managed to get all my medication with no drama and I went into say thankyou today and the 3 young ladies working were all really helpful and friendly ....keep up the good work

   Could not get through at all as my daughters prescription was sent here by mistake by doctors surgery Friday evening. My normal pharmacy advised it had gone here, it was 11:45 on a Saturday (closes at 12) line was just ringing busy, I was calling and my pharmacy was calling neither of us could reach. We just needed the prescription returned to the spine so my pharmacy could issue the medication but could not reach them. They had obviously turned the phones off 15 mins before closing. Very frustrating, doctors aren’t open Saturdays so had to call 111 and go through the process of having a new prescription sent to my normal pharmacy. Not happy at all. Would not recommend this pharmacy as they are not contactable at all!
