APPAULED!, my partner came in for over the counter medication and then got told in front of everybody in the store, loud and clear that they had been in too many times for over the counter medications!, the last time was around 3 months ago, this is very unprofessional and will be taken further, my partner who lives locally to llanishen village pharmacy has now been embarrassed and belittled by the woman at the counter!!. The reason this will be taken further is purely due to the unprofessionalism from the member of staff at the counter, who clearly should not be working at a place such as a pharmacy if she cant be private and confidential about what medication a client is consuming. awful behaviour!!!

I use Village Pharmacy for many years. I'm alway impressed with staff high level of customer skills and professionalism. They are always welcoming, polite and helpful. Never had an issue with my prescription. Pharmacy is clean and well stocked.
I have had nothing but helpful and friendly service here. Always happy to help and always service with a smile. Getting my prescriptions has always been quick and none to not very long waiting time.
