   Unfortunately it was a complete waste of my time & the pharmacist’s time she was unable to help me so I have had to make an appointment to see my gp which I was hoping to avoid. The pharmacist can only see patients up to the age of 17 year's old for any kind of ear pain .

   Welcoming , immaculate pharmacy, professional and friendly staff who immediately made me feel at ease. Thank you to Jo, who recommended monitoring my blood pressure. I was advised to wear a ABPM monitor for the day to read my blood pressure and results were sent electronically to my GP. I fully recommend this chemist

   Not a very friendly place. When you do get serviced, it's like it's too much trouble to serve you. To many staff at the back and not enough service the long queue waiting. Have never used this place for a whlie, until recently, it reminded me how it is in their. Never again!!

   Monarch Pharmacy- Radford have been my Chemist for many many years, and have always given such excellent patient/customer service. All the staff members has been a complete Star for the entire time I have been with the Pharmacy, which has been a long time now. They organises my meds into weekly bags which helps a lot for managing them. Monarch Radford deliver my medication for me which is very much appreciated and the delivery drivers are very friendly & helpful K & M. Due to my health problems the past years I rely on Monarch- Radford to get my lengthily list of medication to me, and have always had no problem at all with them, they are always on top of everything & I have never had a single issue with them in all the years. You are all worth your weight in gold during this Pandemic, providing essential medication and assistance no doubt because of GP’s being so busy. Keep up the great Work! You are First Class!

   Exceptional personal customer care. My deepest gratitude to Nicola,who personally helped me overcome my fear of blood tests! Jill the phlebotomist was absolutely splendid & patient. It sometimes appears that pharmacists are slowly taking some of the responsibilities that our own Doctors used to shoulder, offering gentle advice & understanding. Whilst this may be invaluable to folk that have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for an appointment, I don't believe it's fair to transfer responsibility unless it's reflected in their wages. Monarch Pharmacy is professional, discreet & everything discussed is kept confidential.
