   Every time I go to get my prescription it’s never ready I have stood outside and heard other people say it was ordered 2weeks ago and they haven’t got it ready I fully understand that they are busy but looking behind the counter there is a lot of staff also I find the lady that serves to have a bit of a attitude and comes across as rude, Also they are letting people know they have to wear a mask that’s fine but not one member of staff is wearing one themselves...

   Spent five minutes waiting at the counter to pick up a prescription. For the staff to be standing around talking they then looked in my direction and Continued to chat. Then after another few minutes to help me. Then get told they Couldn't fine the prescription the wait abover 3 minutes to Then get told to Write down my address with no more information as they Continued their chatting after another 2 minutes then get told it be afive minutes waiting. Not happy with the communication or service qnd beed to be sorted out as there was a line forming outside while I was being messed about.

   Shire pharmacy have gone above and beyond helping source my mother’s medication. She always struggles getting it on time and Shire pharmacy have made this so easy for us, even getting it delivered directly to her. The staff are always so helpful and polite and go out of their way to ensure each customer is looked after, there’s a lovely community feel. On occasion when she’s been short on medication, they’ve stayed after closing to prepare a few days so that she doesn’t miss any. The staff at this pharmacy are an asset and are what makes this place great!

   Shire Pharmacy have been very helpful in sourcing medication that other pharmacies find hard to source. I am allergic to certain fillers in some tablets and they have always remembered this issue I have. If there is ever a problem they are quick to help or advise. All staff have a friendly helpful manner too.

   Amazing chemist, there service is always beyond any other. They are all so friendly especially Yvonne. They are all part of the family. Nothing is every to much trouble for them. They even delivered my prescriptions for me while I was shielding. Wouldn't go anywhere else they are part of the family
