Always a lovely experience speaking to the lovely staff and costumer service staff. Been using them for years and never had any issues. Some of the reviews are very surprising as I haven’t encountered any issues whatsoever. Great pharmacy and very knowledgable.

I’ve used Helios Homeopathy for many years and have always found their service exceptional. Whether by phone, email, or when ordering online, they are consistently friendly, efficient, and reliable. Deliveries are prompt, products are excellent, and I’ve never had a single issue. They’re a company I return to time and again, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Ordered on December 29th. Today is January 8th and my order has still not been dispatched. I realise it's the holiday period but orders are supposed to be sent next day by 1st class post. I contacted Helios who told me the item was out of stock and would be coming in the next two days. I replied that it was poor service to just leave me in the dark about it being OOS and they said they were busy, had staff issues etc and that my order had 'slipped through the cracks'. Still waiting for my order to be sent. Needless to say I won't be back to purchase from a company that can't even get basic customer service right.
I've only ever used their online services, but this company definitely wins on that front. Their website is by far the most user friendly of the homeopathic pharmacies, and they are quick to dispatch my orders, important when treating acutes. I also use a lot of LM potencies, and Helios stocks LMs for almost every remedy in the convenient liquid format. They are also the least expensive of the pharmacies, which is a big plus. While they don't have the same range of customisable remedies as Freeman's, or of C potencies as Nelson's, for my needs and money it's Helios.
One of the best homeopathy clinic in around Visakhapatnam. Doctor very good and patience while listening health condition, and gives right medicine.
just checked your site and the video about Helios Family and Customer Service. If Our experience is anything to go buy you have not got a clue about customer service if the person who picks the phone up is so rude and patronising that one is shocked considering you are all Homepaths or at least work in that space. Not financial markets!!!!
Extremely disappointed with the fact if you order 6 items or less the order is processed straight away, if you order more items than 6 the process before dispatch can take several weeks even before it’s processed. Can not understand the logic of how processing 10 small items can justifiably take two more weeks!
All i can say that its unique apothecary for me. It`s very customer oriented, even when things go bad on my part. No problems with the order, fast delivery to Poland and a lot of help. Thank You once more.
