   Turned up to Coventry Community Resource Centre "walk-in" vaccine centre (ran by ExpressMeds) 45 mins before closing, only to be told they wouldn't vaccinate me as I hadn't booked an appointment. Bit confused as I thought that's what "walk-in" meant. They then turned another woman away while I was there and pulled the shutters down 35 minutes early. Dread to think how much we are paying them for this "service"!

   It's impossible to overstate how helpful these people are. I've had a great deal of trouble sourcing my medication due to a UK-wide supply disruption. After contacting scores of pharmacies, these were the only people willing to go to the considerable effort necessary to get my prescription filled, ordering it from overseas. When I thanked the pharmacist, she said 'That's what we're here for'. I contacted half the pharmacies in the UK before I found someone who thinks like that.
