   I’ve always had a great experience with this pharmacy. The staff are consistently friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. Ibrahim and Daisy, in particular, go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly—they’re a real asset to the team. It’s not often you find a pharmacy where everyone is both approachable and professional. Highly recommend.

   I called on a Sunday at around 12:30 in severe pain with a suspected throat infection hoping I’d not have to go to the walk in centre or wait until the next day for a doctors appointment after enduring nearly 2 weeks of being unwell. The gent who spoke to me on the phone was the most helpful and sincere pharmacist I’ve ever spoke to, he took my details and had a prescription of antibiotics ready for me when I turned up after assessing me. Thank you so much I didn’t catch his name but he was so helpful and I’m so grateful.

   Consistently fail to handle a simple repeat prescription which never changes. Over 18 months they have failed on at least five prescriptions. Nearly one in three prescriptions. An appalling record! No-one can ever work out why but its because the staff who know what they are doing are in the minority. This is the source of the errors. Train your staff better or improve staff retention please! It's not fair to patients. I'm now without medication for a few days yet again which directly affects my health because of this branch's ineptitude. Again. Edit: I have lived in several different cities and I've I never had this problem anywhere else. I didn't even realise a pharmacy could mess things up so badly so often. :( Update: still no prescription and now im told I have to call my surgery to request an emergency prescription. A shambles. No apology. As of right now I'm leaving this pharmacy, I've simply had enough of being messed around.

   This is the most helpful and friendly chemist in Coventry. Open at very convenient times and staff very welcoming. Had to make an emergency visit last night and the pharmacist was fabulous and so good humoured. Well done!

   A lovely little pharmacy with very friendly and helpful staff Carol is the star. There's a quiet room for private consultation with the pharmacist or for taking blood samples which is usually done almost straight away
