Visited today for the first time and had a perfectly pleasant experience. The staff were polite and helpful. They talked me through the necessary bits of admin. After that and a little waiting, I was seen and sorted in no time at all.
used this pharmacy a few times while i shopped at Morrisons. It was quick, easy and informative. I wanted painkillers and there was no problem, had a little chat with a pharmacist what painkillers are best for me. Great service, staff very helpful . Highly recommended.
The Team at Morrisons Pharmacy always go above and beyond. I have used them for the last 9 months now to get my son’s prescribed baby formula which is often hard to source. They always manage to source it for me when other pharmacies do not.They keep me well informed and deliver great service. Thankyou All!
Absolutely disgusting pharmacy, went in for a prescription which the pharmacist manager refused to give me because he didn’t think the date on the prescription was readable!! I explained I have no more of the tablets left and it is vital that I have them today, he actually laughed in my face!!!! The most disgustingly arrogant person I’ve ever met. Complaint made with Morrisons already and now I have to go without medication until I can get back into the Docters to get a clearer printed script. Awful pharmacy
Arrived to be greeted with sorry we don't have your medication in stock. We'll thats just fantastic on a Saturday! It's a good job I still have some otherwise I'd be well and truly stuck! No phone call no informing the doctors just sorry not in stock. I'd hate to be a cancer patient with this pharmacy!
I went there for my prescripted antibiotic, nobody in the queque, no busy and the lady there told me to it takes 30minutes because she start her break now. I said ‘’thank you I will go in another pharmacy” and I went inside to do my shoppings. In whole this time the lady keep serving other customers at the pharmacy who came after. After 20min I finished my shopping and I passed again in front of the pharmacy. The same lady keep serving customers. She had no break, she did not put others to wait, (because I saw how they got the products) and I am wondering why I was rejected and put to wait for 30min, if all the others customers after me, got the products with no wait and she had no break how she said to me
I had a very similar experience to the one below. I'm not going back either and have moved my nomination.
I am never using this Pharmacy again, because the woman looked down on me like I was Criminal, refusing to sell me Pain Killers that I needed to buy for a friend. Told me to buy other Pain Killers, Spray's & Gel, I ended up going to another shop to buy the Pain Killers. Morrisons Pharmacy you have lost a Customer for life.
