   Love this pharmacy so much. The customer service is top notch and is very professional. There is no messing around in the pharmacy and there is only pure professional working people. I have never gotten my medication wrong, and it's always correct. Adding on, the pharmacy is also completely diverse, with people from around the world. This pharmacy has a well established manager. Kindness and respect is always spreader around this establishment. Love the people

   After collecting my medication here for a few months now, i can firmly say that i wouldn't want to go anywhere else. To start, all of the staff are incredibly friendly and are always happy to serve. I would also add that the workers are very professional and they are able to sort everything quickly and i get my medication swiftly. so it is safe to say that i will be coming back for a long time and i would also recommend to some friends.

   Booked in, as I thought, for COVID and Flu vaccines, which were (apparently) being offered, but when I arrived I was not eligible for COVID jab. It would have been helpful if this had been explained when booking, as it was the reason I chose Earlsdon Pharmacy. But having booked an appointment made no difference, as we were lumped into the same (long) queue as 'walk-ins'. This was bound to produce resentment, and almost everyone in the queue was complaining about this! Why not have two queues - one for booked and one for walk-ins? But once screened and in the waiting chairs, I was called fairly soon (only ten mins after appt time) and the jab was done painlessly, pleasantly and quickly; thank-you.

   I use Lloyds app to order repeat prescription and had message to say it was ready for collection. Assistant said I couldn't have had a message from them as it had only come in that morning and I'd need to come back in the afternoon. So basically called me a liar, queue was building up so I didn't argue and just left. Older more infirm people than I would struggle having to go back and forth to get meds. I've witnessed her being rude to other people

   I required a blood test from the doctor, so I went into Lloyds on a Wednesday to arrange an appointment for the following week. They said they were unable to take bookings and to come back on the Friday. Returned on the Friday only to be told that the following week was now fully booked. A lack of urgency and customer service.

   This Pharmacy is a useless inept waste of space . Numerous times they have lost my prescription direct from the doctors. I booked a blood test 4 days in advance, phoned the day booked to check my time as this being the last day I could book to keep my hospital appointment as they would need my results. the time was confirmed with queing instructions due to Covid. I queued for 5 minutes in the rain only to be told appointments were cancelled that day leaving me no chance of booking elsewhere. How easy could it be to ring or confirm cancellation when I checked my appointment time. needles to say I will avoid this place like the Covid.

   Just bought Lyofoam - foam dressing. On the package states DO not use if package is damaged. Surprise surprise that’s not exactly what was sold to me - open package. Deeply disappointed...
