   Lazy, rude and unprofessional. I keep ringing as I don't wanna show up and they do their usual trick of "it is not here yet". They never answer the phone. They only take cash and when my prescription is £9.90 i give them a tenner and they don't have change. They know I am in a hury because I go while still working from home and I NEED my prescription so I don't have a choice.

   Unprofessional. Prescription sent by the surgery, went to collect they said they had no record of it. Phoned surgery who said it had been sent to them, surgery gave me a code to give to them. They then found the prescription, blaming some computer issue. Item not in stock though so they said they would order it and I could collect it the next day. Went the next day - they were closed!! Meanwhile my son had no epilepsy medication. Appalling!

   Is this even a real pharmacy?? They were low on stock for virtually everything and the cashier had no actual clue what he was doing. I tried to buy some behind the counter medication and was told they couldn't sell it to me because there is no price code programmed in to the till for it. Yet I bought the same medication from them there a little under 4 weeks ago. Absolute joke! Good job I'm not in a desperate hurry for the medication ey!

   3rd time in a row I've gone to collect my prescription to be told they can't do it due to having no pharmacist but they've taken it off the central system so no other chemist can fill it!! The woman who works there is lovely and its not her fault but I'm very frustrated with not being able to get my prescription when I need it

   If I could rate it 0 I would!! Shameful people charging £9.99 for 100ml of calpol, exploiting the current situation! Hang your head in shame!!

   Prescription never ready on time always seems to have to order medications in. No pharmacist between 1pm-2pm so you are unable to collect a prescription within these hours which is useless for a worker like mysel

   J hoot pharmacy on moseley ave Coundon are an absolute joke. They offer a delivery service and don't deliver had the same problem for several weeks! Stopping medication when the doctor hasn't told them too!! Avoid Avoid Avoid........
