Avoid at all cost. Ordered 3 bottles of shampoo and the wrong one was sent. I requested to return the items and a return label was emailed back promptly - all good I thought! How wrong was I The items were collected by Royal Mail as required and I’ve heard nothing from the chemist regarding my refund. It seems a very dodgy way to conduct business as they now have the products back and my money. They have ignored several attempts at communication and they have not replied to any of my emails. If it was an option to give one star, believe me I would have. Don’t waste your money at this so called business they are happy to take your money but will not give it back if required to.
Terrible experience. I ordered an item and received the wrong one. Despite sending multiple emails over several weeks, I received no response. Completely unprofessional—will not purchase from them again and strongly advise others to avoid this company.
This pharmacy has done a fantastic job with my grandmother’s medication. They consistently deliver on time and are always helpful and attentive whenever we have any questions. Highly reliable and excellent service!
Just moved into the area, and visit to this pharmacy has been amazing. The staff are lovely and friendly. The pharmacist is kind and very good. He is very helpful and polite. Always have my medication in stock and the wait time was not long. Nice and clean pharmacy probably one the best i came across which carries the whole package. Defo my go to pharmacy. :)

Dr Hussain helped me every time when I was needed an advice and the GP couldn't gave me as some doctors from GP are incompetent. Really nice girls and polite. I am taking prescription every time from them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE. Same again, ordered 6x an item and only received 1. Phoned more than 6x. They don’t call back and finally when I got somebody on the phone, they said they would send out the remaining items. They also confirmed on email that they would send out. They didn’t send. COMPLETE CON.
