   Overall a good pharmacy, it does the job. However, as others have said, service is slow no matter how many people are working. Usually, staff are quite friendly, but I've had the occasional rude or oblivious staff member who'll read out prescriptions in ear range of other customers. Not a massive issue for me, but still not very professional for what should be a confidential service.

   WHAT ON EARTH HAS GONE WRONG…. I have used this pharmacy for many years without any problems. Since May this year problems collecting prepaid monthly prescriptions have been endless. And today the rudest of staff tried to embarrass me in front of other customers reporting I haven’t ordered or collected on time? I prepay and have confirmation texts, yet I’m treated like I’m begging and then asked to pay £9.95 for one item and £50.00 for another or call 111, where has it all gone so wrong and how do they sleep at night treating regular customers like beggars.
