Manager from chemist phoned to find out about my recent review,after discussion with her we both agreed my recent visit was in fact a one off situation ( that she said my experience would be noted) rather than my usual visits to pharmacy. I have usually found the members of staff are helpful.
We had our travel vaccinations at Monarch pharmacy. The service we received from the kind lady who administered our vaccines was top class. She answered all of our questions and was very accommodating to suit our availability. She treated each one of us with sufficient time and care. Thankyou so much

Good staff but a little small
Called the pharmacy to see if they carried a rare prescription, however the woman was extremely rude down the phone and when I asked where they could recommend she pretended she hadn't heard of any other pharmacies in the area.
Pretty decent, it’s always easy to collect my meds from there. Whenever they promise to get it in the next few hours they deliver. I liked the look of the pharmacy, and the range of products you can take for yourself. Not too overwhelming and including some nice hygienic essentials. They were also great at keeping social distancing during the pandemic and also during the normal times.
Terrible practice of putting the phone down on two occasions when you are trying to speak to a pharmacy which you use often about your medical needs, I appreciate that you are busy but as someone who is a key worker themselves and is currently working 13 to 15 hour days this is a stressful and terrible experience from a private practice! It would be much more professional to put a frontline message on or take your phone off the hook, I personally will NEVER use your pharmacy again!
slow for a pharmacy. They were fully staffed with 7 people yet took 15 mins to do my one prescription. There were only 2 people waiting including me.
