Incredibly incompetent. I booked a flu jab and they called me on the day to cancel it, telling me to go for a walk-in appointment. I tried and their computer system was not working. Then the next time the queue was too long. I booked online again - they were closed that day. So I went for a walk-in appointment the next day - they said they couldn’t do anymore on that day and to book online. SERIOUSLY?!

Very pleasant people but unfortunately rather disorganised. Rarely answer the phone and hardly ever have my prescription ready when I go in. Have given them a chance for nearly a year but now going to switch to a different pharmacy.

Incompetent, unprofessional, uncaring service all round. Wasted hours of my time chasing up needed prescriptions that they could not find. Had to return 5 times over the course of a week only to be kept waiting and fobbed off with bad attitudes. Would have given zero stars if possible but will go elsewhere in future. Whilst wasting my time there I also noticed the phone constantly being ignored whilst they enjoyed coffee and cosy chats where meds are prepared.

Such an unprofessional pharmacy service with no regard at all for the customer. They never answer the phone, when you do get through, they fob you off with the 'GP hasn't sent a script' verse, even when you have all the details regarding the election script! They always have some supply issues even when other local pharmacies can get the same items easily? Would give zero stars but sadly, no option for this.

Always closed over lunch with no warning on the door whether it’s half an hour or two hours. Then they couldn’t find my prescription and made me feel as if it was MY fault that they couldn’t find it. Made me wait for over half an hour for pretty rude customer service. Avoid!

I have never in my life encountered people that care less about other people's well being. I got there between 6pm and 6.01pm, they are at the counter, there is a client, and she tells me that it is closed, when clearly, it takes 15 secondes of their life to give me my prescription, but no, it is more important to do nothing and send people away instead of trying to make their life better, you know as the "pharmacy" word would indicate on the shop (yes she knew well what I needed). Avoid like the plaque, these people do not care about being professional, and even less about your condition, do not contribute to their financially lucrative situation. The 1 star is because, you know, 0 is not possible yet.

This Pharmacy consistently fails to order both mine and my wife's medication on time. They then tell me that they have ordered them but the Doctor has not responded, when we go to the medical practice they tell me that the Pharmacist hasn't ordered them. I waste so much of my life chasing my life dependent medication that I am now looking for a reliable Pharmacist. There is one Pharmacist who waits until you come in to prepare the prescription and then advises that there is not enough stock and I will have to come back to get the rest. Give this Pharmacist a wide berth.
