Quick service. Patient staff. I had some issues with my card and the lady on the counter patiently and happily helped me out.
Incredibly friendly and supportive staff who I have never had any issue with. I've never had to wait more than five minutes which is really impressive given the high demand. You feel like the people who work there genuinely care and want to help you. Would highly recommend :)
Today when I attended the pharmacy a lady at the counter was so rude she nodded her head to me to and didn’t say a word this is so rude where is the customer service gone and respect. Then when the lady said we can’t get your order you need to go to our other pharmacy, I asked where is your other pharmacy she responded “go and find it your self” even though she knew where it was as the pharmacy are all linked. How rude she is an awful person with lack of respect and empathy next time I have to deal with anything like this I will take further action against the lady. She is also lying to customers about the stock that they have and they don’t have. The woman lied by saying they won’t have the shampoo in the future but then another lady came and said to come tomorrow to pick up a bigger version of the shampoo, because they have ordered it. Very disappointed.
Just picked up an emergency prescription the lady with blonde hair was so rude basically calling me a liar saying I've already got it ...told her I've got stage 4 cancer and have high blood pressure and my prescription from court st said it won't be ready until Tuesday so not having tablets for 4 days. She still continued to be little me in front off everyone I came out nearly in tears she needs to go on a course on how to treat people.She has a big notice on her screen saying about rude customers well that's hilarious treat people how you want to be treated it costs nothing I pity her and will pray one day she can be kinder
I walked into the chemist stood around for 10 minutes whilst the 2 ladies behind the counter completely ignored me and then another customer walked through the door and gets served straight away before me what’s that all about! You should at least acknowledge your customers when walking through the door who are spending money in your chemist I think some kind of training needs to come in and teach those staff members the routines. Not happy at all

The customer service at this pharmacy is outstanding. I was getting a bit desparate trying to source HRT and was brushed off at a few pharmacies before I called this one. Despite national shortages Rebecca managed to get the right brands in for me within a day. All the staff seemed really lovely and helpful. Thank you!
Was closed when I got there at 1pm. Opening hours on the door of the chemist don't match the one on Google search. Phone before you make your way there. I will try my luck later lol
The staff are amazing and the head pharmacist the lady is brilliant and so informative plus so helpful if not busy. I always use them when I'm in town. Im from Birmingham and I wish more pharmacies were like them.plus my both my grandparents use them to as their main chemist.
