Nobody picks up the phone !! Rang several times during the day to get my repeat prescription ordered , I'm at work so cannot "pop" in as they now close at 5pm .Will someone pick up the phone please !!!
Just been to Lloyds to pick up my prescription as it closes at 6pm only to find the doors locked and staff chatting in the background at 4.55pm. So another journey tomorrow!!
The location of this Pharmacy on GoogleMaps is incorrect. The pharmacy is next door to Balsall Common Health Centre, near to Berkswell station.
Good pharmacy within medical centre building. Phone support/advice with their resident pharmacist is very helpful. They were able to give a good range of advice to help me manage a health issue before I was able to speak with the practice nurse.
Helpful staff and handy as it is linked to the local Doctors. Hovever it does close at 6pm- in which case the Balsall Common pharmacy is the nearest alternative and it is open until 9pm.
Polite and friendly staff. The pharmacist has always given good advice and staff have been good with my son. Only issue is they close quite early. This is ok though as another local pharmacy is open later.
