   Terrible, rude staff. Make promises and don’t stand by them. Lawyer referred to me as being a “pain” for chasing up my case, I was promised that I would be updated on my case a week from when it was reported as the law firm was undergoing a transition. No update, when i attempted to chase this up, was lied to and then called a “pain” told “I can take my case elsewhere”
