   Nice staff on a one to one basis, but communication with the company is abysmal. Expect 24 hours for e-mail response, and getting hold of a contact on the phone is ... challenging, to say the least. Mine was a simple probate house sale. Very slow with forwarding on the sale monies, and added an extra fee without warning when they finally did transfer. Once I queried it, I was met with a wall of silence. I wouldn't use them again, and I'd advise great caution to anyone else.

   This is not a 5 star award it is a 5 STAR WARNING do your research properly. We received a cost quote from Amjed Zaman and one of the paralegals solicitor would be dealing with matters.when we we tried to get an update of my mums estate, because he didn't provide it as promised he upped charges for any correspondence. It took 2 1/2 months for him to decide probate was needed. We told him we were not happy and wouldn't want to pay much more, he instead quadrupled the charges of a already agreed cost quote and fabricated family dynamics which was known at the very start and the fact he had to put a lot of work himself ,they lcf law have been working on my mums tiny estate for nearly 6 months at present.We put in a complaint to Simon Stell a director and a solicitor apart from his first response, no response only false promises afterthat. This has been done to family of a mum who had recently passed through illness who had a small amount of savings to her name only.Which lcf law are trying o take rather than it go to family members who need it

   **** AVOID AVOID AVOID **** Do you value clear communication , following simple instructions , fulfilling promises & basic subject knowledge ? If so , avoid these guys like the plague! Catalogue of errors from start to finish and not once did I receive an acknowledgment or apology. I was dealing with two solicitors at one point which caused a complete break down in communication and conflicting info which then caused an error and delay when it came to paying me the funds upon completion. We are needing legal work on another property next month and we certainly won’t be using LCF. Simply disgusting.

   Jennifer Lee does not contact you despite many emails and contacting her office directly. Very poor communication. Wouldn't recommend her services at all if you want someone who actually communicates with you
