    Shocking really, was referred to the NHS Pharmacy first for suspected sinusitis, called up to arrange consultation, was asked how long I had been suffering to be quickly told that β€œI needed to suffer for 10 days before treatment” and was asked why I hadn’t taken any inhalant decongestions without having asked for any of my symptoms and was very rude. Thankfully gp prescribed antibiotics, whilst waiting someone else was able to walk in see the pharmacist for a consult.

    2 ignorant staff in store, one messing with stock and the other going through the computer. Stood there like a melon for ages and I'm still invisible and can't get served. Had to go to another shop where they actually want my business. Don't reccomend.

    Incapable of Answering the phone spent 45 mins ringing for nobody to pick up phone so visited to be told my scrips are not ready yet .wofully understaffed and downright rude staff

    Just waited almost a hour for one prescription, people after me being given there orders before , no sense of urgency or system in place .. No apologies from the staff. Shocking service

    Painfully slow service, not enough staff on the shop floor. Scripts held for days then only made up when you are served and having to wait even longer. I have never experienced this in any other chemist in nuneaton

    Since the refurbishment it would appear they no longer keep medication. Ordered prescription via the POD as usual go to Boots Yes we got the prescription yesterday but it now takes 2 day to dispense as we order medication when we get the prescriptions !

    Not sure what has happened to this branch of Boots over the past few months. There are regularly queues out of the door for prescription items. Inside, there is usually just one person serving; whilst half a dozen others are continually faffing about, trying to make themselves look busy; never making any eye contact with the lengthy queue of customers; nor ever picking up the phone. I've currently been standing in a queue that spirals out of the door, for 32 minutes. One old lady looks as if she is about to pass out in the heat. An absolute joke of a pharmacy.

    I look after 2 elderly parents, work & run my own home. I needed to know whether they had a particular item in stock as advertised by boots but could not get them to pick up the phone. This meant a visit to the store & a nightmare parking situation. I waited in a queue of 5 people who ,all but one ,had an issue their prescription order only to be told my item was not in stock. I don’t know what the issue is with their contact number but it seems to be the main reason for poor reviews so boots get it fixed - if you care!????
