   Been waiting a year for this claim from this company, back and forth with signing papers over email and even forged my signature for the final bit of paper which was a medical check I had to attend which I attended the appointment and said they don’t have my appointment on system as the solicitors didn’t make contact to the hospital of my appointment. Called me telling me I’m “lying” saying I didn’t attend the appointment and missed it when it was their mistake and I have to pay for my missed appointment (they didn’t book) very rude on the phone and blaming there mistakes on me. Called me out of office hours at 7.30pm at night on a no caller ID too. They even messaged me on WhatsApp! Haven’t heard from them for 2 months. Waste of time and customer service is shocking.

   If i could give 1* i would. Had a injury claim going with them after a car crash and after my medical check-up they've not replied for a good 3 months. I've emailed every other week for 3 months and nothing. lol, terrible service

   If I could give them 0 star. Staff in this company doesn’t have any communication skills. I haven’t received any money for my straight forward case and now time is officially ended. Please don’t use this company at all

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They have SCAMMED ME. They used my information my ID a and everything else and committed fraud. They got intouch with another solicitors and try to make a claim for them selves! It’s only because I had a letter come to my address I was able to find this out. They added a person in my car as a passenger who I dont know! And ever since this I had fraud committed with someone opening a very account in my name and ordering an IPhone which luckily was cancelled before they ever got it. I had them whatsapping me at around 10pm at this point I knew they was dodgy but I had already sent my confirmation over. AVOID AVOID AVOID

   Would give this company no stars if I could aboutsly disgusted with the service I received from them.. Signed and agreed an amount then they tried charging me more because of the mistake of the claim handler and basically called me a liar and said I knew how much the ATE policy was when I was told it would be £56 then spoke with them Friday and they tried telling me it would be £291.20. I was not standing for this and demanded I am paid what I agreed too. THEY DID PAY ME WHAT I AGREED TOO. but would not recommend this company at all
