Rang them wanting advice regarding social services. Was told I would get a call back that day still waiting 3 weeks later. Very poor service and would not use this company for family law
This solicitors firm is so unprofessional, they just want your money and then they just get a trainee solicitor to represent you, who doesn’t have a clue what they doing it’s work experience for them, they do not care of the outcome of your case they always call an demand money on their account STAY WELL AWAY if I could give less then 1 star I would

This practice have acted for my friend. They are next to hopeless just interested with getting their payment and palming you off with a trainee solicitor. They do not reply to emails or communicate in any urgency. I would say stay clear of them if you want to win your case and not waste your money. In my opinion they are incompetent at dealing with any complex case either that or nor interested at all.
I have had dealings with making and Dickson solicitors for around 2/3 years now and from what I've seen they only care about how much legal aid they can get, they do not have any morals and will fuel vicious lies drug, child abuse and worse to make sure they get paid from legal aid. Truth always comes out and you end up looking unstable with the vicious lies they have fueled. I would seek a solicitor who has morals and my best interests That 1 star is - 1
