   Excellent service provided by Mark and Emma. House Purchase completed in 10 weeks (and it would have been 2 weeks sooner had the seller's solicitors been as efficient as RDC). Emails responded to same day. All searches/documents delivered quickly. Having a local conveyancer is worth the extra ££ than online services. Would definitely use them again if ever I need to.

   I work in the brokers office for one of the cases that have been submitted to this firm. I have called and left multiple messages in regards to getting updates on a case to ensure the client has a smooth purchase and is able to come to us with any questions they may have. Fraser Bell who is the case manager has not returned any calls and in the past 3 months of him having the case I haven't even had the chance of speaking to him due to this. Would not recommend this firm to any brokers

   Fraser Bell acted for us in the purchase of our property - we chose him as RDC was on the panel of all of the mortgage lenders we were considering, and he responded quickly when I asked for a quote. I am so glad we instructed him, he was by far the best solicitor in our property chain and the estate agents of the property we were buying even commented that we had a great solicitor. He knows what he is doing and he responds quickly - exactly what you need when buying a property. I would definitely use Fraser if we move again.

Not only did she make us feel at ease throughout the whole process she made sure that we felt we could ask all the questions we needed. The house buying process can seem very daunting especially to first time buyers but Cay made the whole experience go so smoothly for us and nothing was too much to ask. I would highly recommend RDC solicitors and Cay especially to anyone.
