    Booked a mini bus through app they sent a normal car which we had to send away and ring again for a minibus they then charged for normal car and mini bus, so far we've been waiting 3 days for a refund, everytime we phone to speak to manager he's "never there" and he'll phone me back!! Absolute joke of a service

    Consistently disappointed with this firm, after being a customer for 10+ years. What a shame because majority of the drivers are decent and friendly. Using your booking system, such as this morning I pre-booked and payment was held to be taken once the trip was completed. Waiting for the taxi for it to never arrive and I had to ring for one, taking longer and making my children late to school. Which has happened countless times before the holidays the previous year, myself being penalised for my children being constantly late and the only reason being is because taxis are late. Many occasions I've pre-booked and they've been late because you accept numerous jobs, can't be in 2 or 3 places at once?! Then the driver this morning saying it's just me who has a problem because I don't pre-book? When I clearly did. Laughable. What sort of customer service blames the customers?! Hahaha! Disgusting. EDIT AND REPLY: I've given benefit of doubt continuing to use the service but I will no longer be a customer because once again I have prebooked for you to send 2 drivers, one diverted and another came and you only sent them AFTER the time I had booked. Making my kids late to school for a SECOND time this week, it's completely unacceptable. Whoever is in the office taking calls and bookings is the one responsible. Don't take multiple bookings and send them to your poor drivers who receive the backlash when they can't be punctual with a system like that! Will be using other means of travel than your services from now on, not worth the stress!

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent trip I took with your company. My journey on 16th of July was unacceptable on multiple levels. First, despite traveling with a baby and multiple pieces of luggage, the driver made no effort to assist me. This lack of basic courtesy was both unhelpful and frustrating. It was only the beginning of the problems, however. The condition of the minibus itself was awful, and the driver's behavior was completely unprofessional. He spent the entire journey talking about his personal religious beliefs and repeatedly spitting out the window while driving. This created a deeply uncomfortable and unsanitary environment. The final straw came upon our arrival at the airport. Not only did the driver well overcharge me, but he also had the audacity to ask me to use my personal debit card to pay the airport's gate fee, claiming he didn't have one himself. This is a level of unprofessionalism I have never encountered before. To make matters worse, I have now called management twice to report this incident. Both times I was told I would receive a callback, but no one has followed up. This lack of action shows a complete disregard for customer service and suggests that these issues are not being taken seriously. I am appalled by the service I received and by the lack of response from management. I hope this review encourages you to address these serious issues, as this experience has ensured I will never use your service again.

    2 men and myself (a woman) In the car. All talking together regarding cricket but whenever I (the woman) asked a question I would be ignored, this was seen by both other men in the vehicle who he would acknowledge and speak too, and when asked by one of the men why he was being ignorant and rude to his girlfriend (myself) ignored the question and totally changed the subject. I would normally recommend this company as the staff are very friendly and always welcoming but this experience has put me off using this company purely due to this drivers lack of respect for women.

    Taxi 9/10 times are late the male operator lies about how long your taxi is gonna be that when you have booked it 3 hours in advance aswell you get left stood in the cold as they always say its nearly their we use these taxi 3 if not 4 times a day some weeks definitely twice a day every week you would think they would show their regular customers some loyalty or at leat be honest they charge u for waiting times for if your late over 5 mins yet expect you to pay normal fair when they r late to pick up

    Extremely poor service. Arrived late. I would not recommend using this service as the driver took cash and did not return the necessary change. Refused card payment despite originally agreeing. I have lodged a complaint. Exhibited extremely rude and entitled behaviour.

    Lie about how long the taxi driver will be, they say 10 minutes to every customer but take 30-45 minutes to arrive most times. Then when you call them and ask how long the taxi will be they lie again and say 5 minutes. I’d appreciate it if I wasn’t lied to so at least I know they will be late, instead I’m having to look out and wait or wait in the rain!

    Stay away from this dodgy company - they promise to email you the receipt but they won’t. I’ve been chasing mine for a week - called them 20 times but still nothing. They must be messing with their taxes. This is diabolical and I actually tipped the driver! Late, took me to the wrong place despite declining the address so I had to walk in the rain in heels to the right place along a dual carriageway. No written expense receipts given, had to email and call for an email receipt - no response until I called then I got lots of rudeness, no help and been hanged up on. Always use Uber!!!!
