   Absolutely disgusting!!! I booked a taxi a week ago to take me to the railway station (4 miles). Everything was "confirmed on the app". On the day of the journey 15 mins bef5pick up time they changed the status to "finding a driver". I called them at pickul time to check where the driver is as I have a train to catch, they said" the driver was coming but stuck in heavy traffic". 8 minutes past the pickup tine they ...cancelled my jouney! Wgat a joke !!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! I will not leave it like that! What a joke!!!!

   Worst service ever! Called to book a taxi for my eldery grandma, they said it will take 25 mins been a hour and still no sign of the taxi! i called back they pretended like they couldn't hear me then they cut me off 4 times, i got my sister to call from a different number and they answered straight away and said they have no booking! my eldery grandma was waiting over an hour in the rain! Disguisting and heartless people i do not reccomend at all!

   Over 30 minutes late picking up on a booking given the night before. My daughter was late and existing anxiety made worse. Driver said it was the bases fault. What kind of service is that?

   The driver on this occasion was exceptionally helpful and happy to wait at my destination and return home. He was very professional and happy to talk which helped me feel comfortable. (Im not a good passengrer!) He ensured speed limits were adhered to and found the shortest route despite lots of road works and very busy traffic. The car was easy to get in and out, very clean and smelled fresh- which was excellent considering my trip was late afternoon. Thank you.

   A fantastic and honest service provided. We use Leap as school taxi service. They've not let us down since the last 6 months we have been using them. Drivers are a credit. Very trust worthy and feel safe to send our children with them. Especially in the current climate we live in where you can hardly trust anyone with your children.

   I ordered for their service late at night to enable me meet a shift I suddenly booked which I was to report to in about 45minutes from the booking time and the driver, Mr Ismail got me there on time. Mr. Ismail was quite professional and helpful. The only downside is that when the driver arrived to pick me up, the meter read £3.50, on inquiring about that, he told me that the first mile is calculated on default even before take off. I paid 29.90 instead of 26.40. I wasn't impressed with that.
