   Too many taxi drivers taking phone calls and speaking in a foreign tounge, plus playing thier music. I find alot of thier drivers are ignorant! Thier is some good drivers though !

   I'm so glad i booked Arrow this morning after Uber let me down. The lady operator (sorry didn't get your nane!)was very polite and promptly booked me a taxi when I explained I needed to be at the train station for a certain time. Alan, my driver for this morning, was very informative on arrow booking, driver information routing, etc. He got me to train station on time to catch my train, thankyou Alan! Thank you, Arrow team, for a 5-star prompt service. I will definitely be using you as my regular taxi service.

   I don’t normally leave reviews but I had an amazing experience and drive home with Arrow. Especially driver 128. Such a lovely chap and gave amazing customer service to me and my mum on the way home. Highly highly recommend driver 128. Will be using them again for my airport trip soon. Keep it up Arrow and driver 128. :-)

   Got a mini bus from Baildon to Eccelshill . Taxi started around £9 and ended up costing over £30 . The excuse was because it’s Christmas prices so it’s time and half . Will never use again

   Unfortunately as good as the people are that work here it's a little bit how do I say. Lacking good quality service. If you live on a bad road the drivers refuse to drive down it. But they seem to forget how bad the road is of you offer a 2 pound tip. I have unstable ankles and bad hips and because the taxi drivers won't drive down my road because there scared of scratching a tyre I have to walk down it every single day. There veichles seem to be more important then there customers health. All round they just don't care. I have no choice but to use this rank as it's very convent and close for me. But I still wouldn't suggest to anyone I know to use them. Poor quality customer care steer clear!

   Used this taxi service for years and they've always been o. Time and reasonable until today ! Told it would be 15 mins and it was 25 resulting in us missing a train and then on pick up said 10 to 15 mins and it was 25! Driver said he'd been sent from Halifax. It was 4.90 in afternoon and 6.00 at night same distance. Baildon to Shipley. Won't be using them again.

   Is it just me or are the taxi company access just absolutely ridiculous for either punctuality or better yet even turning up these days. Ive heard numerous stories about them been late or not turning up from friends and family. Then it’s happened this morning to me and my wife she’s needed to be at the train station booked taxi yesterday for 7am and lord and behold 7.10 comes no taxi, so I’ve had to go get our daughter up so that I can now take her to the train station. The point of the taxi was so that we didn’t need to disturb our daughter and have to get her out of bed! So not very ideal at all. I know this story might seem trivial especially with everything that’s going on but why can’t we have a decent taxi service!
