21 Oct booked arrival and uber arrived. Driver drove through red light on canal road and waved all over the road. He then stopped at a green light and had to be told. Hall inns he stopped at green light and fell asleep. Rang arrival and the call handler was very polite said he would ring us next day. Still waiting!!!! Police aware. D8
It took too long to arrive. I had to ring them twice to say that it hadn't arrived. It rang us saying that it arrived but it didnt arrive so i called AA Carz and it was here within 2 minutes
Rude operator, sounds sleepy like they are stoned, cuts you off mid sentence. Taxi older drivers many are creepy Pervy. Younger drivers drive like idiots they speed always on speaker phone wheelie your in the taxi. Don't wait for you to put seatbelts on just set off. Always try charge that it more than other local taxi firms and ask how much do you usually pay. When you the an amount they try say that's wrong. Would avoid using.
Arrivals private hire is the best company i have used their drivers are very polite and they get me to the airport on time EVERYTIME.
So rude on the phone - swearing and telling us they hadn't promised a taxi within 10mins. Decided to just cancel and get an uber. Worst taxi firm in Bradford. Worst taxi firm in the country!
