He was even very knowledgeable about the products he was delivering, and described the process that was to be used to mix and lay the materials! He was using an electric pallet truck which he said would be difficult to use on the grass verge surface where my contractor had requested the load was put, but he went the extra mile to make sure that it was as requested, in spite of some difficulties.
