Only taxi that we could get during the snow. Pice was good as well, they didn't charge extra like some places had been doing because of the snow
Decided not to turn up even though I’d pre-booked and agreed a price. Left us stranded with no option but to use an UBER. Recommend using UBER or Bolt instead.

Disgusting service, awful road etiquette, drivers that use their phone while you're a passenger. Trying to take Baildon taxis out of business and parking on double yellows throughout the village.
Over charged us and then lied about it ended up stealing 10 pounds out of our hand and drove off we rang the office and they said were lying and saying f us were not regular customers
Are okay if you are happy to be dropped off where the driver wants. I won't be using them anymore.
