   My family and I use Shipley taxi regularly for airport transfers. I have to say Mr T has been so very helpful and thoughtful with older relatives who are disabled. He helped with luggage and also ensured the airport wheelchair was ready. Went above and beyond, which gave my family peace of mind. Great service!

   used to be great, now totally unreliable. we were told it would be 11 minutes, no description of the car, and the driver had no clue who he was picking up. he picked up the wrong people and drove off. we called back. was told someone else would pick us up. he drove to the wrong place. he tried to joke about it when he finally found us. we had been waiting for 40 minutes so we weren't exactly in the mood. took us an hour total to get home when the journey is only about 15 minutes. we were stuck in the middle of bradford at 10:30 feeling vulnerable all because their new system sucks. no communication, no description of car colour or make, no confirmation of where to pick up.

   I won’t be using you anytime soon. Booked it to go the airport at 3.30 am, arrived 20 minutes late. I called twice panicking about being late for my flight.Was charged the fare and the car park, although I had specified I wanted to be dropped off in the free drop off area. Not cool.

   We used Shipley taxis to a take a group of young people to Skipton. The price was very competitive and we had a fantastic driver who was obviously comfortable with large groups. He was extremely patient and supported in arranging transport for other people in the group. The service was outstanding I would recommend Mr. T driver 106.

   We have been using Shipley central for our airport drop of and pick ups . They are fantastic and punctual . I want to mention two drivers who has been so wonderful over past couple of drop off’s . Tahir who drives the Minibus and Colin who drives an estate . Both are absolutely wonderful , helpful and safe drivers . Both have a very positive attitude towards the customers and goes extra mile to make our journey comfortable. thank u Tahir and Colin :)

   I have seen drivers cleaning out their cars in residential areas leaving rubbish behind.. next time I will get reg and taxi number and report to council for littering residents should have to put up with this lack of consideratio

   I’ve used Shipley taxis to travel to and from BRI for a year now. The service is always great, the drivers always arrive on time and I am informed when the taxi is being dispatched/arrived . My most recent experience was great, the driver “Mr. T” arrived early which gave me time to arrive at my hospital appointment on time. He was very friendly and showed me local shops to visit while I was in the area. I will definitely keep using Shipley taxis. Very reliable!

   Booked a taxi by phone. It turned up 1 hour early. Called operator. He cancelled and hung up with no discussion on how to get the booked taxi to me. This is the first time I've tried to use central. Won't be using them ever again. Absolute s***

   We have a tiny, clean, impeccably-behaved dog who is never any trouble and wouldn't even touch the seats by sitting on my lap but they refused to take us even though we were polite and tried to explain. They left us without transport at 1am. Will never use again.
